Welcome to the Website for the Risk Management Department 

General services is a department of the Southeastern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists that provides various services to our employees and institutions. One of our responsibilities is to assist SECC institutions with issues relating to risk management and insurance. This site contains a variety of documents that apply to insurance application for special circumstances, insurance claim forms, and risk control forms.

For your convenience, these forms have been placed in categories in the left hand column. Should you need forms to file an automobile, liability, medical, or property claim, please click
on the Property and Casualty link. If you are traveling outside of Canada or the United States for an official conference trip and need to purchase insurance to cover the trip or file a claim, please visit the Trip section of this site.

On the
Field Trip and Risk Control pages you will find helpful information when planning school outings or evaluating the personal or property risk at your facility.
Should you need insurance to cover volunteers working on conference property or at a conference or conference institution sponsored activity, or you wish to use volunteers at your church, pleese select the Volunteers section.
